The management of these effluents (wastewaters) is problematic, especially in the restaurant and food processing industries in which the salubriousness standards are tightly controlled. It is important that the evacuation of these effluents be properly managed or else they can clog the entire drain system, including the municipal sewers. Moreover, these evacuations are most often not in conformity with the standard regulations set by municipal authorities.
