This system retrieves solid waste matter is easy to maintain and simple to use. The system is specially designed for commercial kitchens and food processing industries, due to its filters that can accumulate significant organic and inorganic solid wastes. This device considerably reduces drain canalization blockage, foul odours and the need of frequent emptying of the grease trap interceptor due to the biological treatment being done simultaneously.
