Maintenance of your grease trap interceptor:

CHRYSTAL TRAP is a product that consists of bacteria, also called microorganisms that facilitate the breakdown of vegetable and animal oils and fats as well as organic matter found in your grease interceptor, thus ensuring its efficient operation. CHRYSTAL TRAP is easy to use. Simply pour CHRYSTAL TRAP directly into the interceptor or into the main sink while letting water run for 1 to 2 minutes once your activities have ceased. No mixing required – no worry – no effort!

CHRYSTAL TRAP can be used for grease interceptors in the food transformation industry and in commercial buildings such as: hotels, inns and restaurants. The injection of a predetermined CHRYSTAL TRAP dose is added every night, by a timer equipped distributor.

For best results, be sure that the grease trap interceptor is clean before the first application of CHRYSTAL TRAP.
